Teacher Recommendations3Step 3
Provide teacher recommendation forms to your child's current teacher(s)Required for grades 2-7
Recommendation forms are available electronically and as a PDF after submitting your application. We require one Math and one English teacher recommendation. Please have materials sent directly from your child's current school to our Admissions office.

Submit a transcript request to your child's current school Required for grades 2-7
The transcript release form is available for download after completing your application. Please have all materials sent directly from your child's current school to our Admissions office. We require transcripts for the current school year and last two school years.

Register for the BASIS Independent Schools Entrance ExamRequired
After submitting your application, register for our entrance exam. All applicants are required to take the BASIS Independent Entrance Exam, which will be conducted in-person at our campus. Read more about our entrance exam on our blog.

Family Meeting6Step 6
Register for a Family MeetingRequired
After submitting your application, all applicants and at least one parent and/or legal guardian must attend a 30-minute meeting where we will interview your child and answer any questions you may have.
We recommend that you attend an informational event prior to your Family Meeting to ensure a productive conversation.
