BASIS Independent Bellevue is committed to building a comprehensive sports & athletics program ranging from interscholastic, competitive team sports to individual, movement-based after school activities. Our approach to athletics promotes healthy competition and empowers students with the discipline, grit, and persistence to become leaders on and off the court. It’s the mastery of these skills that has led many of our student athletes to victory in a variety of competitions, large and small. We are as proud of our students as athletes as we are of them as scholars.

Sports & Athletics Highlights
The founding year of a BASIS Independent school brings exciting opportunities for students and school administration as the campus builds the sports and athletics program for years to come. Prior to the start of our first school year, we will survey our students on the sport and athletic offerings in which they are interested. Thereafter, our Auxiliary Team will create options based on student interest and signups for the first year, and grow the offerings every school year thereafter.
Across BASIS Independent Schools, we currently offer students a variety of sports and athletics including the following:
- Ballet
- Badminton
- Girls and Boys Competitive Basketball
